Jay Thomas has spent his whole life thus far learning and perfecting techniques in building. At a very young age his summers and after school days were spent on construction sites. 

The various trades in which he was involved have proved to be invaluable in many successful completed projects. That sense of accomplishment and achievement never seem to fade no matter how many projects successes are realized.
